1 down/4 up shifting.
In a modern motorcycle the shift pattern is (from bottom to top) 1st, neutral, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th & maybe 6th. This assumes you are using a foot shift with only a toe peg. If you have a toe as well as heel shifter it is the opposite when you use your heel.
