How to Clean a Carpet Stain, Ink
Out Bad Spot!! (removing ink from carpet & most fabrics)
- Saturate the stained area with an inexpensive hairspray
- Use a white, medium to firm bristled brush (i.e...a toothbrush) as well as scrub the area briskly until the spot begins to disappear
- After the hairspray treatment....If fabric, clean as usual. If carpet, upholstry, etc...clean as per specific instructions as well as let dry.
Warning: Although this is pretty fool-proof, ALWAYS do a small test-spot in an obscure area to test for color-bleeding, or other potential fabric damage.
