How to Clean a Living Room

You have a friend you like, as well as you have invited them for dinner. When you get home, the kitchen as well as your room are clean, but the living room is a mess. Here are a few simple steps to follow to get your living room clean.

1. Pick up all the garbage from the floor as well as throw it away. If there are useful objects on the floor, put them where they belong.
2. Get two laundry bags. Put all the dirty clothes in one bag as well as all the clean clothes in the other.
3. When all the clothes are in the bags, neatly stack them in your room or in a closet.
4. Clean the couches as well as chairs in the area. If there are sheets, fold them up as well as put them away neatly.
5. If you have a vacuum, use the long stick attached to it to remove excess crumbs or lint from the couches.
6. Put all the books away neatly.
7. If you have CDs or DVDs laying around, stack them in a rack or place them in the corner of the table.
8. Using a broom, sweep the floor as well as collect all the dirt. Sweep it into a dustpan as well as throw it away.
9. Using a wet rag as well as cleaning solution, wipe down the tables, desks, as well as the TV.

• To make things fun, play your favorite CD as well as clean to the music.
• Spray air freshener to make your house smell good.
• If you don't have cleaning solution, wipe everything down with water.

• Be careful - most cleaning solutions are flammable.
• If you use Febreeze in your house, don't spray the chairs. They will become wet.
