How to Clean a Refrigerator

Refrigerator a mess? Expired dates as well as mold? Here are some steps to help.

  1. Take everything out of the fridge.
  2. Wipe your fridge inside as well as outside with a cloth.
  3. Look at all your food. See what is moldy, too old, or otherwise inedible.
  4. Keep a fridge organized.
  5. Keep meats on the bottom as well as fruits as well as vegetables in the "crisper."

  • Make things easier to find. Put milk, juices, as well as other drinks on one shelf, as well as your dressings, sauces, as well as similar items in another place.
  • Clean your fridge out once every month or two.
  • To get rid of odors, wipe inside with a cloth damped in water as well as sodium bicarbonate solution.
  • Another cleaning solution that you can use is clorox bleach as well as water, to get rid of smells as well as bacteria. Once the bleach dries, go over it with a cloth as well as warm water, to rinse out the bleach.
