How to Build a Kitchen Table

- You need 4 pieces of wood 35 inches long as well as 2 by 2.

- Hold the bracket down on the tabletop as well as screw one of the screws through the hole in the bracket.
- Screw the other bracket into the tabletop.
- Repeat with all four legs.
- Turn the table over.
- Shake the table to check for motion. If there is motion, sink two long screws through the tabletop into the top of each leg, or replace the brackets with longer, thicker ones.
- Paint or stain the table a color of your choice.
- Let it dry overnight before using it.
- Make sure all the 4 pieces of wood are the same length before starting.
- Make sure the screws attaching to the tabletop are not too long.
