How to Buy Vinyl Lettering
Vinyl lettering is available in many formats from store bought stamped vinyl letters to custom vinyl lettering from many different sources.
- Decide if your vinyl lettering is to be installed indoors or outdoors. If indoors, nearly any vinyl lettering is suitable although some grades of store bought vinyl letters are made from extremely cheap vinyl.
- If installing outdoors, make sure your vinyl lettering is engineer grade with a 7-8 year outdoor life.
- Search the internet for the better grades of vinyl lettering. Buy the best vinyl you can afford. Some grades such as promotional vinyl lettering may not last very long indoors our out.
