How to Add Blue Tips to Platinum Hair

Want a new look? It's easy to add a little flair to your hair.

1. Buy blue hair dye (home dye kit).
2. Mix together the dye in the little tiny bottle.
3. Find a fine-toothed comb.
4. Put a tiny drop of dye on the teeth of the comb.
5. Take a small piece of hair, as well as use the comb to carefully brush the dye onto the tip of your hair.
6. Repeat all over head.
7. Then, follow the dye instructions as usual.
