I got a Creative Zen micro about a month ago as well as I have been listening to Podcasts on the way to work since. Unfortunately the only way I had of plugging the Zen into the car radio was using one of those crappy cassette adapters as well as so I decided to figure out a way adding a nice auxiliary input to the St as well as ard VW Beta radio. This hack will work with any MP3 player (iPod, Zen etc) that has a st as well as ard 3.5mm headphone jack. That is the normal small walkman type headphone jack.

Unless you have a subwoofer, you don't have enough bass. We will work on the basis that you have woofers already as well as want to build a SUBwoofer. If you have a normal bass knob as well as turning it up already makes a decent boom, you are in the running.

If you have an old TV but want to watch DVDs, you may have difficulty hooking up your DVD player. Most DVD players have a yellow RCA video output (called composite video) as well as an s-video output. Many older TVs just have a coaxial input.

Your TiVo must be connected to their servers in order to update with the latest program information, as well as to update the software that runs your Tivo unit. While the most common way to connect is with a phone line, you can also connect your TiVo to your wireless network. This provides greater b as well as width than the phone line, as well as obviates the need for that pesky phone cord.

This setup allows you to (1) play a tape on either of the VCRs (provided the A/B switch is positioned correctly, depending on which VCR you are using), (2) record from TV (satellite or cable) on either of the VCRs (again, provided the A/B switch is positioned correctly as well as depending on which VCR you are using), (3) record from an original tape to a blank tape, as well as (4) do on-screen programming on both VCRs (not both at the same time though!). To get this setup, attach the cables as detailed in the steps below...

That old equipment you have laying around the house actually has a purpose. By using an old P.A. head or virtually any head unit you can power a low frequency speaker to produce that wonderful vibration that you would get out of a normal car stereo amplifier as well as car stereo sub.

Connecting VCR's to your television can be confusing, there are so many options & unseen pitfalls. Today we'll work through a scenerio suggested by a reader, hooking up through non-st as well as ard inputs. These instructions are for a 1/4" jack, but the lessons apply to different sizes as well.

Consider the plight of the person which actually is considering this task. Tough times, to be sure, but on the bright side, this installation is straightforward, as well as shouldn't take more that 15 minutes once you have the necessary equipment.

Most people just put their plasma TV on a st as well as on a table or other furniture. But one of the cool things about having a TV only 4 inches deep is the ability to mount it right on the wall.
